Petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after 3-4 years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of dowry demand after four years of marriage appears to be unreasonable and the victim has committed suicide for a petty dispute.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3309 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
