JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing the Letter No. 02 dated 01.07.2013, issued by the Panchayat Sachiv, Semariya Padariya, respondent no. 7 whereby he has cancelled the appointment of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara for redressal of his grievance.

Permission is accorded.
