2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that still a criminal case is pending against the petitioner and if he is acquitted, his claim to be appointed, must be considered, in the light of letter dated 27.03.2024.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, as well as, in view of the specific terms

Patna High Court CWJC No.11351 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 of letter dated 27.03.2024, the authorities must consider to abide by the terms as contained in the said letter, if the petitioner is acquitted from all the charges in the criminal case.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
