JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 The petitioner is a bonafide consumer with a sanctioned load of 10 H.P. He was charged for committing theft and a punitive bill of Rs. 2, 24, 225/- was raised, apart from instituting an F.I.R. giving rise to Alamganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2013.

2. The petitioner has denied the allegations and submits that the bill raised is unreasonable.

3. In my view, the remedy available to the petitioner to file a petition under Section 126 of the 2003 Act. In case, if any such petition is filed, the same would be disposed of in accordance with law. It will be open for the petitioner to make a plea before the concerned authority for restoration of electric line, as he has
