JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-08-2019 Today the case has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction in the order dated 23.07.2019. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is innocent typographical error in the order. In para no.3 at page no.1 of order dated 23.07.2019 it was wrongly typed that "he failed in subsidiary paper" and in fact the petitioner appeared in Part-II examination and he failed in the same examination and after due permission he appeared in Part-II and Part-III examination.

Considering the aforesaid, the order dated 23.07.2019 is modified to the extent that in para 3 of the order in place of "he failed in subsidiary paper" it should be read as he failed in Part-II and after due permission he appeared in Part-II and PartIII examination.
