No. 972 of 2015 and analogous cases.

In above view of the matter, this writ application also stands allowed in terms of the aforesaid order and as a result, the impugned notice and certificate are quashed and set aside. However, the matter is remitted back to the Certificate Officer concerned to dispose of Certificate Case No. 1/14-15 afresh in accordance with law.
