The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No.198 of 2019 registered under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the informant Saroj Sharma had given loan of Rs.1,00,000, to Jay Prakash Sah, his wife Ranju Devi (petitioner) and Vikash Sah for doing the business. When the informant asked them to return the money, they abused the informant and also gave threatening. When the informant gave an application to the police station and the police came for inquiry, then the aforesaid persons again abused the informant and also gave threatening to kidnap her daughter.

No.53042 of 2019(2) dt.26-08-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the loan was given by the informant to Jay Prakash Sah, the husband of the petitioner, and Vikash Sah. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Town P.S. Case No.198 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
