From the show cause filed by the respondents it is seen that a decision has been taken and certain orders have been passed granting benefits to the petitioners.

The actual benefits accruing to the petitioners by virtue of the order will be conferred, if already not done, within a period of one month from today. That apart, if the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the manner in which the representation of the petitioners has been considered and decided, they shall have liberty to assail the same in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
