JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 In my considered opinion, this application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for restoration of a writ application, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution, is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
