The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondent to pay the benefit of 1st A.C.P. w.e.f. 24.06.2009 in Pay Band-3 Grade Pay5400 and further commanding the respondent to grant 2nd MACP w.e.f. 24.06.2019 in the scale admissible to the petitioner with all consequential benefits including in revision of post retiral benefit. (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the Finance (P.C.F.C.) Department to issue revise pay slip in terms of revision in pay scale after 1st A.C.P. and 2nd M.A.C.P.."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Principal Secretary/Additional Chief Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the Principal Secretary/Additional Chief Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
