Managalam, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Gyan Prakash Ojha, the learned G.A.7 and Mr. Ajit Kumar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General. This case is taken up through video conferencing. The petitioner in this writ petition sought directions for payment of revised Provident Fund and other retiral benefits. Mr. S.B.K. Mangalam, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been paid his retiral benefits including the revised Provident Fund money and nothing is lying due.
