Petitioner is aggrieved by the result of the Police SubInspector and Police Sargent published on 14.07.2022 in connection with advertisement bearing no. 03/2020. On perusal of the writ application, it appears that the petitioner has not challenged the result and no prayer for quashing of the same has been made.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner should have got more than the cut-off marks declared

Patna High Court CWJC No.13634 of 2022(2) dt.13-04-2023 2/2 for the unreserved category (female). She is looking for reverification of her answer books. Learned counsel for the State however submits that the selection process under advertisement no. 03/2020 is over and there is no provision for re-verification or re-evaluation of the answer sheets.

Having regard to the materials available on the record and in the nature of the submissions, this Court finds no reason to issue any direction to the respondents.

This writ application is dismissed.
