JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Ara Nawada P.S.Case No. 149 of 2014 registered u/s 366, 354 and 379/34 IPC. Allegation has been made that the victim girl was picked up and was carried in a motor car. There allegation has been made that the accused persons misbehaved with her but she could escape when the car was stopped.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neighbour of the informant and there is no specific allegation made against him. Main allegation is against accused Sanoj Rai, driver of the said vehicle.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Bhaskar Chaudhary, on surrender within six weeks from

No.17975 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 to-day, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000-/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in Ara Nawada P.S.Case No. 149 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure and he will co-operate the investigation and will submit himself for interrogation by Police.
