The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 597 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was apprehended with stolen motorcycle. Petitioner is accused in two cases of similar nature. Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, petitioner is granted liberty to renew the prayer for bail after completing six months of custody in jail. (S. Kumar, J) veena/manojU T
