JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-06-2015 Heard Sri Prahlad Kumar Bhagat, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Md. Fahimuddin, learned A.P.P. Two petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the deceased, apprehending their arrest in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 500 of 2014 (G.R. No. 2207 of 2014) registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the son of the petitioners was residing separately, and as such, there was no question for involvement of the petitioners in the death of wife of their son. He further submits that husband is also languishing in jail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners argues that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19056 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 petitioners are old person, and as such, they may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.

I have perused the F.I.R. and the materials available on record. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
