15-06-2015 The sole petitioner, who apprehends his arrest in connection with Darauli P.S.Case no.150 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

In this case, the daughter of the informant was done to death by strangulation.

I have examined the materials available on record. I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
