As the Scheme itself contemplates a dispute redressal system and a system for adjudication of complaints of the nature filed in this writ petition, the petitioner should take recourse to the remedy available under the scheme itself for redressal of the grievance. With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
