====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-08-2018 Heard Sri Ram Sevak Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 26.06.2018, has prayed for grant of bail in Sangrampur P.S. Case No.119 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, has drawn my attention to the F.I.R. to show that the petitioner is distant relative of the husband of the deceased and she has falsely been implicated in the present case . He submits that the petitioner has been arrayed as accused as she is Fua of the husband of the deceased, who is resident of Budhikhar. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the said village is situated within the State of Jharkhand. It has been argued that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49131 of 2018(2) dt.18-08-2018 2/2 save and except the fact that the petitioner is maternal aunt of the husband of the deceased, there is no other material to connect the petitioner.
Besides hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I have also perused the material on record as well as the F.I.R. and after going through the same, I am of the opinion that it is a case for grant of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner, namely, Uma Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.119 of 2018. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) nawalkrs/- U T
