The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 568 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Section 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is not one of kidnapping rather it is a case of love affairs in which the petitioner and the lady in question had married. The said facts stand justified by her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. which has been appended as Annexure-2 to the present application.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the statement made by her under Section 164 Cr.P.C, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

No.19998 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.
