JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2017 Even today nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. On 07.09.2017 also nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

The State has filed supplementary counter affidavit annexing the documents showing payment to the petitioner under different heads as Annexure- H Series. On behalf of the petitioner reply to the supplementary counter affidavit has been filed and in paragraph 9 the petitioner has stated that only Rs. 64,842/- is remained to be paid.

The learned counsel for the State submits that entire retrial dues, including arrears of salary, has already been paid to the petitioner and if the petitioner has got any grievance she may

Considering the fact that almost all the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner that if she is aggrieved on account of non payment of any amount she may file representation before the concerned authority and the concerned authority shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within four months thereafter.
