Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ratanpura P.S.Case No. 21 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioners is of abuse and assault to the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that occurrence took place with respect to dispute over passing of water through drain and there is general and omnibus allegation of assault and nothing specific has been attributed against the petitioners and parties have compromised the dispute. Heard learned APP also.

No.50959 of 2018 (2) dt.04-09-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, in connection with Ratanpura P.S.Case No. 21 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
