2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of private respondent no. 7 on the post of Aanganwari Sevika at the concerned centre on the ground that the petitioner obtained more marks in merit than private respondent no. 7.

3. It has been submitted that such appointment has been made at the behest of the Child Development Project Officer, Agiwan. The petitioner has represented before various authorities but to no avail.

4. The petitioner is therefore directed to raise her complaint before the concerned C.D.P.O. within a period of two weeks under the guidelines of 2019 which is now in place.

5. Should such a complaint be filed by the petitioner within the aforesaid period, the same shall be disposed of by the C.D.P.O. within a period of thirty days after verification of all the facts. Should the decision not be taken within the aforesaid period, the complaint of the petitioner would stand automatically transferred to the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur who shall decide the matter within a reasonable period of time.

6. If the petitioner still remains dissatisfied, she would have the option of preferring a revision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner.

7. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
