Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition has already been represented before the Respondent No. 3 (The Director, Land Acquisition, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar), however, no action has been taken on the representation of the petitioners to consider the claim for promoting the petitioner No. 1 on the post of 'Amin' from the post of 'Chainman' and petitioner No. 2 on the post of 'Clerk' from the post of 'Attendant'. Considering the aforesaid submission and relief(s) sought by the petitioners, the petitioners, if so advised, may file detailed individual representation before the Respondent No. 2 (The Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar), for redressal of their individual grievance, the Respondent No. 2 (The Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar) is directed to call for service particulars of the petitioners and take final decision in respect of claim of promoting the petitioner No. 1 on the post of 'Amin' from the post of 'Chainman' and petitioner No. 2 on the post of 'Clerk' from the post of 'Attendant' and dispose of the individual representations filed on behalf of the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with law.
