ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that mobile bearing no. 8757360390 though issued in the name of petitioner, at the relevant time it was issued and used by one Bhushan Bharti, whose name finds place in the FIR.

Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner has come only on account of suspicion, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
