That this Criminal writ petition is being filed seeking indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for following reliefs :- (i) For directing the respondents to conclude the investigation of Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.407 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2016 2/2 No.17 of 2015 within a reasonable time, in proper manner.

(ii) Also for directing the respondents to arrest the accused person of Bettia (Town) P.S. case No.17 of 2015.

(iii) Also for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner appears to be entitle in the eye of law."

Mr. Bimlesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, he does not intend to press the application.

In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of.
