JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of a writ in nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to appoint the petitioners on the post of IVth Grade employees.

(ii). For issuance of direction/order to appoint the casual labour into temporary/permanent employee of the Department.

(iii). For issuance of any other writ/writs, order/orders for which the petitioners may be found entitled to.

(iv) For the issuance of nature of writ to command the Respondents Authorities by which passed the order against the view of this Hon'ble Court expressed in Civil Review No. 516 of 2012."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of their aforesaid
