2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 359/2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 326, 307, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner is said to have pressed the neck of informant son. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 10.05.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 359/2023.
