This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 544 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. In view of the fact that the petitioner is a lady and her husband has already been taken into custody, inasmuch as, her involvement in the offence is doubtful, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

No.62481 of 2021(2) dt.17-12-2021 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Turkauliya P.S.
