In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. Case No. 514 of 2013 registered for offences under Sections 341, 379, 406 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is an allegation that accused persons armed with lethal weapons arrived at the house of the informant, brought her at the circle, forcibly dragged, told her why she has filed the case in the court and started abusing. When she objected, allegation has been made that they have started assaulting with Farsa and Lathi over her head and also said that they will not

Counsel for the petitioners submits that Police registered the case in Harijan Thana but after investigation, no material was found against the petitioners and submitted the final form in their favour. There is series of litigation between the parties.

Looking to the nature of allegation and the attending circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender within 4 weeks, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate in C.R. No. 514/2013, corresponding to Tr. No. 867 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
