The confiscation proceedings has attained finality, therefore, petitioner has the remedy of appeal before the Appellate Authority under Section 92 and further, revision under Section 93 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Therefore, he is permitted to invoke remedy of appeal before the Appellate Authority.
4. The Appellate Authority is requested to decide the petitioner's memorandum of appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such appeal to be filed on behalf of the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, the present CWJC No. 13378 of 2025 stands disposed of.
