JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2015 Petitioner is the husband apprehends his arrest in relation to Complaint Case No. 419 of 2013 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code filed by his wife. From the complaint and the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, it is clear that there is serious matrimonial dispute between the parties because of which matrimonial case and other proceedings have been taken. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioner, namely, Sagar Thakur be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional
