For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Nafisuzzoha For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Smt.Asha Kumari(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-06-2015 The petitioners apprehend arrest in relation to Bangaon Police Station (PS) Case No 65 of 2014 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 307 and 379 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court to the injury report which shows that the injuries are very minor and simple on the person of the two victims. He further points out that there is omnibus allegation against these petitioners and the main allegation is against Md Rustam who is on bail.
Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17938 of 2015 (2) dt.10-06-2015 surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Bangaon PS Case No 65 of 2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
