For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Amit Kumar For the Respondent/s : Mr. Kinkar Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 16-08-2017 Vide order dated 19.09.2012 passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 4260 of 2009, the State Government was directed to forward the case of the petitioner to the Central Government and the Central Government was to take a decision in the matter.
The respondents have filed the show cause annexing Annexure-B which is the order passed by the State Government forwarding the claim of the petitioner to the Central Government and Annexure-C is the order passed by the Central
Patna High Court MJC No.769 of 2014 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 Government deciding the claim of the petitioner. That being so, now no further action is required to be taken in the matter. In case the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the manner in which the consideration has been done and decision taken, it gives a cause to the petitioner to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
