Patna High Court CWJC No.18029 of 2021(2) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 opinion, this application has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.

We have not gone into the dispute relating to the petitioner's caste, such dispute having lost its purpose for the present case. No inference, therefore, should be drawn in the light of dismissal of the writ petition, touching the petitioner's caste status.
