The letter dated 29.12.2018 issued by the Respondent Nos. 6 and 8 whereby and whereunder they have illegally appointed the Respondent No. 7 (Khusboo Kumari) on the post of Anganwadi Sewika at Anganwadi Centre No.

165, Koshi Madhya Anganwadi, Ward No. 8, Gram Panchayat Koshi Rukhi by manipulating and decreasing the actual numbers of "Ansari voters" and increased the numbers of "Yadav voters" in the voter lists of Gram Panchayat

(B)(i). To publish afresh advertisement for the post of Anganwadi Sewika at Anganwadi Centre No. 165, Koshi Madhya Anganwadi, Ward No. 8, Gram Panchayat Koshi Rukhi after correcting the actual number of the voters who are outside in the area with respect to voter list.

(ii). To dispose of the representations of the Petitioner given to the Respondents Authorities and to conduct enquiry against the Respondent Nos. 6 to 7.

(iii). To treat the appointment of the Respondent No. 7 namely Khusboo Kumar as illegal, arbitrary and non-est in the eyes of law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
