Patna High Court CWJC No.13545 of 2022(4) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 following relief:- "1.(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 1.08.2022, passed by Mission Director, Bihar Skilled Development Mission (Bihar Kaushal Vikash Mission) by which has transferred the KYP Code-03030022 Supaul from the name of petitioner in the name of Koshi Infotech and Social Service Institute which is being run by private respondents. Further direction was issued to private respondent no.6 to 9 to submit their necessary documents.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of command directing the official respondents to not transfer the KYP Code-03030022 Supaul from the name of petitioner to the name of private respondents till disposal of this writ petition."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of their aforesaid grievances.
