2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(c), 66(d) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per allegation, a number of mobile sets, some sale deeds and cash of Rs. 6,70,000/- were recovered from the house of co-accused Manoj Kumar @ Baida.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the co-accused Manoj Kumar @ Baida from whose possession the recovery of mobile sets, cash etc are recovered has been granted bail vide order dated 15.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 5179 of 2023 by this Court. The case of the petitioner is on better footing to that of coaccused Manoj Kumar @ Baida, as nothing was recovered from his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56272 of 2024(2) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 possession. He was not arrested at the spot and co-accused has stated only that he had purchased one sim from the shop of the petitioner. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
