The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner and others were scaling the boundary wall of the informant to commit theft. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that merely on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15896 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.506 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
