The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim girl Chanchal Kumari has been recovered by police and her statement was recorded before the Magistrate under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., in which she has stated that she has willingly gone with petitioner and have also solemnized marriage with him. The Medical Board has assessed the age of the victim girl as 17 to 18 years. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.05.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50906 of 2018(2) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- XIII, Gopalganj, in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018.
