Petitioner is said to have indulged in preparation of mahua wine as well as providing place for its consumption on account of which, a raid was conducted and the mahua wine along with glasses were seized for which, seizure list has been prepared. The petitioner happens to be in custody since 20.04.2016. From paragraph 3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
