Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. There is no specific allegation against her. Petitioner is a pregnant lady having no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 04.07.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
