2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 721 of 2022 registered under section 399, 402 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is said to have committed dacoity and has five criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2022.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge- X!, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 721 of 2022.

7. The petitioner will visit Shastri Nagar and Punpun police station on the each Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at both the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
