ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Choutarwa P.S.Case No.300 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 323, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier the petitioners had lodged complaint against the informant and as a consequence thereof license of the informant was cancelled and he was also sent to jail. So far as the present occurrence is concerned, it is nothing but a counter case filed by the petitioners from the hospital wherein Choutarwa P.S.Case No.305 of 2013 dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18527 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 05.12.2013 was registered.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the series of cases filed by them against the informant , let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha (West Champaran) in connection with Choutarwa Town P.S. Case No.300 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) B.Kr./- U T
