The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that co-accused Pradeep Rai assaulted on the head of the brother of the informant with sword and coaccused Bharat Rai with iron rod on the eye of the informant and rest accused persons assaulted him with 'lathi' and 'danda'. It is also alleged that co-accused Ranjeet Rai and Ashok Rai resorted to fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is not specific against this petitioner. The accusation is omnibus and general. The petitioner being a lady having criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15940 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 antecedent, a statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. This fact has not been controverter by learned counsel for the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.545 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
