The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that his daughter was married with Pankaj Manjhi in the year 2018 and on 03.05.2021, he received information that his daughter was killed by the accused persons and the dead body has been disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are brother of the husband of the deceased and are

No.62538 of 2021(3) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 separate in mess and property, it is next submitted that informant is not an eye-witness to the occurrence and thus based on suspicion, the petitioners have been implicated. It is further submitted that it is the husband who has the responsibility to ensure that his wife lives happily, it is next submitted that husband of the deceased is in custody.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 246 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
