A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 3, which indicates that there is compliance of the order passed by this Court. The necessary steps were taken in pursuance of the order under contempt and now the petitioner has been removed from service after due enquiry and

Patna High Court MJC No.4732 of 2014 (5) dt.15-09-2017 after conducting the entire proceedings denovo as directed by the writ court. As such, there is full compliance of the order passed by this court in C.W.J.C. No. 12318 of 2006 vide order dated 11.09.2013.

Accordingly, the contempt application, is, thus dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to any appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
