JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 15-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. On getting confidential information regarding assemblage of anti social elements, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, four persons were apprehended while others managed to escape. On search from the possession of the apprehended accused fire arms and other incriminating articles as per seizure list have been recovered. Petitioner happens to be the person, who succeeded in his escape.

From the order impugned as well as para three of the petition, criminal antecedent of the petitioner is found, which has been taken into consideration by the learned lower Court while rejecting the prayer for bail and on that very score, he is under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25346 of 2016 (2) dt.15-06-2016 2/2 custody since 16.05.2016.

Accordingly the petitioner Lakhan Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2016.
