Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with K. hat P.S. Case No.267 of 2018, registered under Sections 380 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR of committing theft in the house of the informant is against unknown and no stolen article or any incriminating material has been recovered from possession of the petitioners and they have been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of one co-accused Guruder Sah @ Kalua and petitioner no. 1 bears no criminal antecedent and petitioner no. 2, a lady, has only one criminal antecedent but she is on bail.
