JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 17-04-2015 It is informed by the petitioner that though the vehicle concerned was put to auction sale on flimsy ground vide Annexure-4 but the same was not auction sold and vehicle has been released now by the Bank.

Learned counsel for the State Bank of India submits that in above view of the matter, this application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.

However, it is made clear that the present order
