Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 406, 506/34 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that petitioners purchased a tractor from the agency of the informant but failed to make payment of premium to the bank and when request was made by the informant for they payment the tractor was parked in the police station.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that subsequently the tractor has been released in favour of the informant and the petitioners' side have also lodged a case against the informant's side.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15948 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 370 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
